A Journey to the Heart of the Caucasus

Where East Meets West

Georgia is a land of contrasts, serving as a historic bridge between Europe and Asia. For centuries, the legendary Silk Road brought travelers and merchants through our lands, leaving an undeniable mark on our culture, architecture, and—most importantly—our cuisine.

8,000 Years of Wine Tradition

Historians recognize Georgia as the cradle of viticulture. Archaeological finds date our winemaking tradition back to the 6th millennium BC. This ancient method, using clay vessels called Qvevri, is so unique that it is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage asset. With over 500 indigenous grape varieties like Saperavi and Rkatsiteli, Georgian wine is a testament to history itself.

Our Passion

At Tiflis, we are driven by a deep conviction: to share the authentic taste of Georgia. We regularly travel home to discover the best wines and culinary specialties, bringing the spirit of the Old Town of Tbilisi and the vineyards of Kakheti directly to your table.
